4. Foreign Introductions also comes with a further guarantee:  that the woman who published the advertisement is still accepting new pen pals. Should she return the consent form advising that she is no longer accepting any new penpals, you get 2 free, Foreign Introductions of your choice. In such cases "Postage and handling" will be at our expense. Additional IRC's if requested will be at the your expense.

5. Foreign Introductions also comes with a further guarantee:  that the woman who published the advertisement has not materially misrepresented herself.  In the case that she has misrepresented herself, (and this can be verified, for example with a copy of her letter or email ) you get 2 free, Foreign Introductions of your choice. In such cases "Postage and handling" will be at our expense. Additional IRC's if requested will be at the your expense.

6. The actions of the women advertised here are not guaranteed.  As described above we guarantee that your Foreign Introduction letter package will get to the woman.  We make no guarantee as to how she will react to your introduction, or even if she replies to your introduction. Whether she chooses to reply or not, and what may happens between the two of you as consenting adults should she consent to providing you her contact information is completely outside the scope of our information service.

8.  Providing the man has a "clean" record, and has no record at the nsopr.gov sex offenders database, there will be no charge to translate his background information and request for consent to the following languages: Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Japanese,  Russian, Spanish,  Tagalog, Thai, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese. For clients that wish to contact a woman whose language is not on this list or does not have a "clean" record, custom translation charges will apply.

9. Timing. If payment is made by Cash or Check, the Foreign Introductions package will be mailed to the member 6 working days after receipt. If payment is made by Personal Check the package will be mailed 11 working days after receipt.  If the member replies with her consent,  her contact information is emailed to the client within one working day.  We have no control over how long it will take before the member replies with her consent, assuming she chooses to reply.  We have experienced some consents returned to us as quickly as 3 weeks, while the slowest one to date took 7 months before the member replied with her consent.  Whether the member replies or not, consents or not, and how long it may take, is not guaranteed.  What is guaranteed is stated in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 above.

3. Postal mailing address information is confidential. As such once the information is delivered to you, there can be no returns or refunds. Choose and type carefully when ordering.

6. The Postal mailing address information also comes with two further guarantees:  that within 30 days after purchase, the woman who published the advertisement is still accepting new pen pals and that the personal information provided by the woman materially represents her situation.

A.  In the case of a woman advising she is not accepting any new pen pals,  you get *TWO replacement addresses of your choice FREE OF CHARGE.  The woman must state she is not accepting ANY new pen pals, perhaps she is engaged, or no longer cares for correspondence, etc.  Just send us the written message the woman sent you, and indicate your replacement selections.  If she is accepting new pen pals but chooses not  to accept you, no replacement addresses are provided.

B. In the case of material misrepresentation by the woman, you get *TWO replacement addresses of your choice FREE OF CHARGE.  Just send us whatever documentation is available to indicate the situation, and indicate your replacement selections.

The email address is given away free of charge, "as is", with absolutely no guarantees.  If you receive a members email address and believe it is not working, you may advise us via email to info@heart-of-asia.com, preferably, with a copy of the error message received attached. Upon receipt of such a message we would check her original application form looking for any typos. If a typographical error is found, then we would email you the email address as she originally wrote it. If no typographical error is found, then we would update her bio pages by removing "Email available". No further action, and no replacement information would be provided. If email addresses are your priority, then with due respect, you should place your order with another company, not Heart of Asia Romance Network.

10. Women's telephone numbers are not guaranteed in any way.  Sometimes a woman tells us it is OK to give out her telephone number at the same time we sell her postal mailing address. If available, we give the telephone number information away FREE with the postal mailing address that is sold.  Her bio page will show a small star and the words "Telephone available" to indicate that she has provided a telephone number. We have never used nor verified the telephone number, and make no guarantees regarding its validity. The telephone number is given away free of charge, "as is", with absolutely no guarantees.  If you receive a members telephone number and believe it is not working, you may advise us via email to info@heart-of-asia.com, preferably with details of why you believe the telephone number to be incorrect. Upon receipt of such a message we would check her original application form looking for any typos. If a typographical error is found, then we would email you the telephone number as she wrote it. If no typographical error is found, then we would update her bio pages by removing "Telephone available".
